Closing process

To ensure the security of your information, the closing process must be started with a formal request by email:

Considerations

History: You’ll lose access to your receipts and historical records.
Download: We recommend you download all your receipts before closing the account.
Pending: You won’t be able to close the account if you have transfers in progress.

Your Data

After the closure, your data will be removed from our active systems, keeping only the information required by the financial regulations in force.
