Continued support

€200 or more is commonly used for medical expenses, home repairs or a mix of MLC card + cash. From €1,000, additional verification may be requested.

How do I decide how much to send to Cuba?+

It depends on the use: for purchasing food in CUP, small and frequent amounts work best. For MLC cards, medium amounts go further because MLC stores sell specific goods. For emergencies or specific expenses, high amounts in a single operation with verification.

Does the exchange rate change depending on the amount?+

The rate we apply is the same for small and medium transfers. For very high amounts it may be adjusted depending on the payment method and processing costs. The calculator shows you the final result for your exact amount before you pay.

Is there a minimum or maximum to send?+

The operating minimum is low (around €5 for top-ups and a little more for money transfers). The maximum depends on regulatory compliance: from €1,000 in a single transaction or cumulatively, identity and source-of-funds verification may be requested.
